Duties
DUTY 1: Serves as manager and administrator of wing's emergency war order information security program.
DUTY 2: Serves as Assistant Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO).
DUTY 3: Alternate Positive Control Material (PCM) Custodian.
DUTY 4: Alternate Wing Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP) Program Manager.
DUTY 5: Serves as Fortezza responsible officer (FRO) controlling secret and unclassified Fortezza cards and associated documentation through comprehensive understanding and interpretation of Air Force Instructions, Joint instructions and local operating procedures.
DUTY 6: Serves as Secure Voice Responsible Officer (SVRO) controlling OSS secure voice equipment including secure telephone units and DMS communication equipment as outlined by Air Force instructions.
DUTY 7: Serves as 341 OSS/OSK Equipment custodian in charge of inventorying and controlling all pieces of OSS equipment including, but not limited to, all secure voice equipment and a base-unique NSA-approved Top Secret disintegration device.
DUTY 8: Serves as 341 OSS Emergency War Orders Top Secret (TS) Local Area Network (LAN) administrator.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge of a wide range of security program relationships, and proficiency in information, personnel, and industrial security to effectively implement and administer applicable security programs and/or coordinate with other specialized security program. Interpret security classification methods, concepts, and eligibility for access to classified or sensitive information to review plans for proposed or new projects, organizations, and/or missions to assure the presence of adequate planning for information security and other controls. Carry out reviews of unit and/or contractor security programs, analyze and evaluate reports and conditions to recommend remedial actions.

EDUCATION: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.

COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts.
