As a Division Chief for the Air Force Personnel Center, you will oversee the Exceptional Assignment Programs Cell and manage end-to-end processes and programs. You will work closely with various related work centers across AFPC Directorates and represent the Exceptional Assignment Programs Division with AFPC, the Air Force, DoD, and its agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end processes and programs for the Exceptional Assignment Programs Cell.
- Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities and direct, coordinate, and oversee work through subordinate supervisors.
- Represent the Exceptional Assignment Programs Division with AFPC, the Air Force, DoD, and its agencies.
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with DoD, higher headquarters, MAJCOMs, and other offices as required.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Males must be registered for Selective Service.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Employee may be required to sign a mobility agreement.
- A one (1) year supervisory probationary period is required if applicant selected has not previously met this requirement.
