Program Management Specialist . This role is responsible for supporting the planning, management and execution of integrated marketing programs and large-scale events. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Operations, Field, and key vendor partners to bring critical program initiatives to life. This position will engage with a variety of corporate and field employees, as well as dealer and vendor partners, while leveraging their range of marketing and project management skills.What Youll Do : Under direct supervision, reporting to Experiential Marketing Sr. Manager, contributes to strategies and process improvements to achieve marketing goals for assigned projects, marketing programs and events.Owns the Project Management for our National Sales Meetings, Lennox LIVE (our Dealer Conference), and provides planning support of Dealer Programs such as Feel the Love, Awards and Store experience.Communicates with stakeholders to keep projects moving in a timely manner via email, project status reports and post program hindsightAssists in developing and maintaining cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the companyMonitors activities and deliverables to track progress against the schedule, resolve risks / issues, manage changes, and successfully deliver quality project requirements on-time and on budgetSupports the end-to-end work process architecture to anticipate and solve for complex problems, develops and maintains project plans and timelines in concert with Marketing team membersDrives the execution of multiple business initiatives by identifying customer, operational and vendor partner needs and expectationsContributes to the continued deployment and refinement of project management standards, processes, reporting, and tools that assist in supporting team efficiencyWorks closely with Manager to Project manage all aspects of large-scale events with a focus on customers. Specifically, this role supports the development of the annual event strategy and activation plan, partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic plans.Responsible for the full event lifecycle, from initial review and development, through follow-up strategy and post-event analysisSupport the development of comprehensive event plans including promotional strategy, and guidance for creative and content.Create and own smartsheet project plan for each program, assigning tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and conducting planning meetings.Maintain attendee list, policy, and communication plans, and Event Status reportingResearch industry events and make recommendations for upcoming opportunities.WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS : Having the right qualifications is only a part of what it takes to be a successful employee.
