- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates (e.g. Yello, LinkedIn, USAJobs)
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Manage, track and coordinate a funding line designed to aid in the investment of our Acquisitions Workforce (DAWDA)
- Support AFRL’s student programs by advising management of program details and advising/making recommendations to best meet the end goal
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- At least 1 year of specialized experience at the DO-01 or equivalent in other pay systems
- This position does require travel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to research, interpret and apply policy, guidance and law
- Basic understanding of federal staffing and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers both internal and external
