Key Responsibilities:

- Check-in passengers with a focus on security, safety, and accuracy while delivering exceptional Air France-KLM experience to each customer
- Perform gate and boarding duties ensuring flight security, punctuality, and superior customer service
- Meet and greet arriving flights, escort any passengers requiring special assistance, and ensure the correct process of the flight through US Customs & Border Patrol
- Welcome and assist customers in the Air France lounge, ensuring that they experience the relaxation, comfort and tranquility expected in an Air France lounge
- Acquire and deploy new skills and knowledge by attending trainings and keeping up to date on current company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Provide a safe and secure flight handling for arrivals and departures
- Possess passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Be excited to represent a legacy brand with rich heritage and outstanding reputation
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Altea DC, WorldTracer etc. are preferred
- Shift work is required, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Word and Excel are preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass an extensive post offer pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug test
- Ability to move about to accomplish tasks and from one worksite to another within the Station
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Specifics:
- Regularly rotating shifts within hours of operation
- $17/hour, to be increased to $17.50/hour after six months of continuous service, and to $18/hour after one year of continuous service
- 25-35 hours / week (during the winter season), up to 40 hours / week (during the summer season)
- Working 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off
- Comprehensive training will be provided
