Air General, a national cargo handling company, is seeking a National Account Manager, IAG Operations is primarily responsible for the strategic development and operational oversight for select international airline partners. S / he will work with the Operations team and stations to oversee and improve performance, training, and customer service. To improve the cargo operations throughout the system while building and maintaining strong relationships with our airline partners.

Essential Job Functions :
- Prior experience and knowledge of (IAG) cargo operations including Smartkargo, iCap or other air cargo management systems.
- Oversee the operational performance within the assigned airline partners (Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia and Air France / KLM).
- Establish cargo handling ground services standards across the region in accordance with corporate Key Performance Indicators and develop workable strategies to achieve and maintain these standards in each station.
- Oversee airline training and safety issues relating to station operations.
- Lead and drive operational excellence by using available service performance tools and established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Conduct operational meetings with regional-based station leaders and airline partners as required.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews for airline partners and lead QBR meetings.
- Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and actions to achieve and maintain high levels of customer service for all external and internal customers.
- Develop and maintain internal training modules and programs for (IAG) Cargo operations.
- Schedule station visits to ensure personnel provide a consistently high level of service and comply with Air General and our airline partner's company procedures and service level agreements.
- Lead and facilitate the set-up of new stations in conjunction with ground cargo operations directives.
- Monitor regional and station contracts to ensure vendors comply with contract provisions and service-level agreements.
