Job Description Summary
The EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Specialist will serve as the EDI subject matter expert for Air Lift. This will include setting up new customers, implementing changes to forms / requirements, and managing and monitoring EDI transactions on a daily basis. It is expected that this individual will be or become proficient with True Commerce, Amazon Vendor Central, and other customer specific order data systems.
Essential Duties
- Monitor and maintain EDI systems and conduct analysis of transactions to ensure proper function and accuracy
- Respond to issues related to EDI orders, invoices, claims, or other transactions
- Limited travel, potentially travel to customer sites
- EDI set up, implementation, and maintenance
- Leveraging 3rd parties to troubleshoot data related obstacles and develop recommended solutions
