OFFICE ASSISTANT
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Detail-oriented Administrative professional. Performs administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing paperwork.
Generates reports and statements for internal use.
Strong typing, and computer skills.
Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Ability to work without close supervision.
Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers with good communications skills as required.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook.
Capable of following written and verbal instructions and documented procedures.
Team player who works productively with a wide range of professionals.
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
Effective listening, verbal and written communications skills.
Education: High school diploma/GED preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position preferred.
