Job Summary
This position serves as the family readiness and support services representative at an ANG Wing, coordinating with various stakeholders to develop and implement a family readiness and support program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Air National Guard Wing leadership in developing and implementing a family readiness and support program, including Personal and Family Life Education services, Airman and Family Readiness Deployment Support, and other initiatives.
- Provide family readiness assistance at geographic separated units (GSUs) and ensure that all recommendations are in accordance with applicable guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Identify Wing family needs and concerns, and present plans and recommendations to facilitate family readiness and support decisions.
- Coordinate information for seminars, conferences, and orientation workshops for family members and volunteers.
