Looking for a front office assistant/receptionist in our Heating/Cooling business. Hours are 8-4:30. Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling service calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills and electronic communications
- Experience using Quickbooks a plus
- Experience with spreadsheets a plus
- Tracking profit and loss
- Maintaining PM maintenance agreements and scheduling with clients
- Pay commensurate with experience
- Working in tandem with Operations Manager to maintain fluid operation
