Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist with processing insurance applications, policy updates, and other related paperwork.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to create and maintain spreadsheets, manage schedules, and generate reports.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support office operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is a must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus but not required.
Salary Range: $18 - $21 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
