JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service while communicating solutions clearly to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and recommendations provided.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all service calls.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC is preferred.
- 5 year experience as a technician in HVAC.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
