About the Company - We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented HVAC Service Technician/HVAC Mechanic to join our team in North Alabama. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial HVAC systems, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
About the Role - Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. Read and interpret HVAC control wiring and system schematics. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures. Respond promptly to emergency repair calls when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Read and interpret HVAC control wiring and system schematics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair calls when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and commercial HVAC systems.
- Understanding of control systems and equipment sequence of operations.
- Experience with package units up to 90 tons.
- Hospital and data room HVAC experience (Liebert, Data Air) is a plus.
- Experience with VRF installation and repair is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting HVAC control wiring.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and iPad-based software is a plus.
- Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Work Schedule
