Site Supervisor - Union City
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE : APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for its Union City, IN facility which produces liquid carbon dioxide.
The Site Supervisor position will support all aspects of the day-to-day plant & terminal operations. This will include customer interface, business interface, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance budgeting, as well as employee training. This role will require the successful candidate to gain an understanding of all aspects of the site's distribution activities, plant operation, and maintenance activities, while demonstrating strong leadership skills as a front-line supervisor. Effective communication skills to coach employees on regulatory and policy compliance are essential.
