Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an HVAC business management role
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Level personality with a drive for success
- Strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment and deadlines
- Deliver a high level of customer service on a consistent basis
- Ability to motivate a team
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate and implement Air Pros' vision, mission and overall direction
- Lead managers of other divisions
- Drive sales by following the company's process and training
- Have awareness of the competitive landscape
- Evaluate success or failure using a set of strategic performance indicators
- Manage and develop staff
- Evaluate workload in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance; ensure assets are protected and controlled
- Generate reports and measures of departmental operations
- Record inventory, tools and vehicles
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper materials and equipment are ordered and dispersed

- Ensure employees have and maintain proper tools
Must be able to pass a drug test, background screening and possess a clean driving record.
