Plumbing Manager - To run the residential and commercial plumbing division. A minimum of 10 years of broad plumbing experience in residential and commercial is required. The right candidate will possess a get it done attitude and the desire to participate with a winning team in growth strategy, and bottom-line profitability. The position has an unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. If you have what it takes to manage and grow our plumbing division.
The ideal candidate shall be results oriented manager that possesses extensive experience in code compliance, safety, quality control, service work and estimating and be recognized as a team player with excellent coaching and training skills to effectively earn the respect and admiration of our plumbing staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
1. A results driven professional with bottom line responsibility
2. Manage, coach and train a team of service professionals.
3. Develop a winning team and improve performance
4. Controlling and managing daily activities
5. Responsibility for revenue generation strategies
6. Provide troubleshooting support
7. Participate in recruiting and hiring top notch plumbers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Analyze and control labor cost on installation jobs to assure favorable profit margins
- Control average ticket prices on services rendered to assure favorable profit margins
- Assisting the company in its strategy to secure more high valued services
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Plumbing Manager will also have the following:
- Able to take decisive action and work with others to reach a viable solution and goal
- Knowledgeable and well informed, with hands on experience of the industry
- Strong analytical skills with major focus on profit centers and trends
- An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills
