Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in phone etiquette and customer interaction.
- Utilize transportation management systems and fleet management tools to optimize service efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize HCP House Call Pro systems for data analysis, job cost break down and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, fleet management operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
