POSITION SUMMARY
We're on the lookout for talented individuals with a knack for customer service to join our team as Dispatchers.
Based out of our headquarters in San Jose, CA, this role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience, although prior HVAC or plumbing office experience isn't mandatory.
As a Dispatcher at Air Sharks, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. With the support of our dynamic team, cutting-edge technology, and customer-centric management, you'll play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
As a vital member of our team, you'll:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, and other digital platforms
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns
- Identify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for our technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system, Service Titan
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with management to stay informed about our products, services, and policies
- Process payments for services rendered by our technicians
- Provide constructive feedback to improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate positivity, cooperation, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions as needed
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of two (2 ) years of high-volume HVAC and/or plumbing call center experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A DISPATCHER
- Ability to sit and use a computer and phone for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required
