Air Temp Mechanical Services, Inc. is Connecticut’s largest independent HVAC contractor. We are a full service mechanical contracting firm that specializes HVAC, building management systems (BMS), energy efficiency and advanced energy solutions for commercial buildings and industrial buildings, we design, implement, and evaluate programs that help our clients achieve their energy efficiency goals. We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Leads staff members who install, repair and maintain plumbing in multi-family & commercial buildings
- Work directly with service install technicians & dispatch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals & objectives
- Communicates directly with customers, vendors & suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status & requirements
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- CT P1 or P2
- Valid CT Driver's License
- OSHA 10 Certificate
- Efficient Management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
