About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Summer Intern to support our Marketing team in analyzing market trends, customer data, and company performance within the global aviation industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing data analysis, competitive research, and reporting, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources, including market research sources, industry trade information, website and social analytics.
* Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to support marketing strategies.
* Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
* Dashboard & Visualization: Assist in building dashboards using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data-driven insights.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align data insights with business goals.
* Presentation & Communication: Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations in clear and concise reports or presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Ag Business/Communications
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools.
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
* Familiarity with CRM platforms.
* Prior internship or coursework in aviation, logistics, or global markets.
* Understanding of market research sources and building dashboards to display market data.
