Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope efforts, secure resources, set milestones, drive delivery, determine where to iterate to make improvements and set success metrics
Track progress of the initiatives, provide updates as needed, and drive accountability among stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers, functional leaders, Recruiting team, etc.)
Sample projects our team has worked on include:
Designing and implementing process improvement pilots and other experiments with our recruiting teams, such as new assessment techniques and updates to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Supporting recruiting leaders in their resource planning, headcount allocation and other team management needs
Refining our diversity recruiting best practices through implementation of playbooks/strategies
Investing in strengthening operational efficiency, integrity and quality
Benchmarking our interview practices against our key competitors for talent and make recommendations on how to incorporate best practices in the marketplace
Requirements:
5 years of project/program management experience
9 years of total work experience
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills also a must
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices
Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow through
Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and push back on leaders when necessary
Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion
Background in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus
Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus
Education:
MBA/MA is a plus
