Pay Range: $104.5hr - $108.5hr
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope efforts, secure resources, set milestones, drive delivery, determine where to iterate to make improvements and set success metrics.
- Track progress of the initiatives, provide updates as needed, and drive accountability among stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers, functional leaders, Recruiting team, etc.).
- Sample projects our team has worked on include:
- Designing and implementing process improvement pilots and other experiments with our recruiting teams, such as new assessment techniques and updates to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Supporting recruiting leaders in their resource planning, headcount allocation and other team management needs.
- Refining our diversity recruiting best practices through implementation of playbooks/strategies.
- Investing in strengthening operational efficiency, integrity and quality.
- Benchmarking our interview practices against our key competitors for talent and make recommendations on how to incorporate best practices in the marketplace.
- 5 years of project/program management experience.
- 9 years of total work experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills also a must.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
- Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices.
- Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and push back on leaders when necessary.
- Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion.
- Background in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus.
- MBA/MA is a plus.
