Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will operate automated and manual equipment to produce high-quality products. They will work closely with the team to ensure efficient production processes, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Read job specifications or work instructions to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Operate automated production lines, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks on products for adhesion, solderability, thickness, and alloy.
- Maintain equipment, including performing line maintenance and bath maintenance.
- Use microscopes for visual inspections and report any defects or machine malfunctions to the manager.
- Perform discharge analysis and operation, making minor adjustments and calibrations as needed.
- Maintain boiler operations and water systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Calibrate and operate atomic absorption analysis and X Ref equipment.
- Participate in shipping, receiving, and inventory duties.
- Set up parts and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- One to three years of related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and input data into Excel.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, comprehend decimals and fractions, and follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, and reach with arms and hands. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are necessary.
Work Environment:
