Our recruiters wear many hats and often lend a hand in hiring other departments. This Technical Recruiting role will also be responsible for helping Airbyte hire its GTM market team.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage with top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling brand story to attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless and transparent hiring pipeline.
- Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions.
- Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline updates, insights, and candidate progress.
- Play a crucial role within a fast-paced environment while working to coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews with systems like ModernLoop.
