To help us do it, we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer who is obsessed with finding exceptional talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and making the recruiting process seamless for everyone involved.This onsite contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and brings proven experience supporting recruiting in biotech, pharma, or life sciences. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent across technical and scientific functions while ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence and care.
What you’ll do:
- Actively source high-quality candidates across R&D, technical, and G&A roles using a range of platforms (LinkedIn, Google Scholar, GitHub, ResearchGate, Slack groups, etc.)
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that grab attention and communicate our mission
- Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones and teams, delivering a seamless, responsive, and respectful experience for candidates
- Own candidate communication from first outreach to final decision, always keeping a human touch and a sense of urgency
- Keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) clean, updated, and useful — ensuring visibility and alignment across the team
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to continuously improve process and candidate experience
What you bring:
- BS/BA degree required, with 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing within biotech, pharma, or life sciences
- Proven success sourcing for technical and scientific roles, and curiosity about how different backgrounds add value to high-performing teams
- A high bar for candidate experience — you treat every candidate like a future colleague
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stay ahead of the details
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or similar ATS), and collaboration tools like Google Suite and SeekOut
- A proactive, collaborative approach and excitement about being onsite and embedded in the heart of the team
