About the team :
We are looking for a talented Associate / Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our Strategy & Operations team. Led by our VP Strategic Planning & Transformation, this team works closely with the CEO, with a mission to support Aircall strategic plan definition & execution, framing analytics & key processes and delivering critical strategic projects.
This is a hybrid role based in NYC.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our GTM leadership globally.
- Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership.
- Define and own incentive framework, target attainment and capacity planning models.
- Frame & automatize weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, and Data & Systems teams
- Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, methodologies within the GTM leadership & across the GTM organization, collaborating with the Enablement function
- Design, launch and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, notably via implementing standard SaaS processes (e.g. Sales-Success handover, renewal & risk process)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR / BDR, Partnership, Account Executives, Customer Success and Systems team to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chilipiper, Totango).
Qualifications :
170,000 - $200,000 a year
This is not including equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
