HR Manager
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures while providing guidance to business operations.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and other workplace matters.
- Conduct and oversee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
- Play a key role in HR planning, reporting, and the development of company-wide HR metrics.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Propose and implement new policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws, updating policies as needed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative HR tasks, including data entry, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the HR Administrator to ensure departmental success.
- Manage and facilitate a seamless new hire onboarding process, ensuring a positive first-day experience.
- Provide expert HR support regarding employee relations, including issues related to attendance, health concerns, conduct, and performance.
- Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, including employee file updates, bonuses, vacation/sick leave tracking, expense reimbursements, and benefit changes.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, directory, and organizational charts.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mechanical contracting/trades industry background
- Proficiency in isolved software from implementation to execution
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and the ability to learn new technical tools quickly.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
