JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: To both grow existing business and develop new business. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with the builders both corporate offices and field personnel. To handle all daily issues that may arise with these accounts. To oversee all bids going out and review with the Department Head for accuracy.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with some weeknights, weekends and evenings.
Qualifications:
- 3 years sales experience.
- Microsoft Excel skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Familiarity with financial reports
- Experience in building and managing positive, productive work teams.
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
