We are currently looking to add an Office Administrator to our team at our Moore location.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of off admin/management experience
  • Highly motivated, close attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, process driven and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Products (Knowledge of Service Titan preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job functions:

  • Assist management in the day-to-day operations.
  • Fielding calls from customers, coworkers, and inspectors.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Checking technicians’ timesheets daily for accuracy and sending them to Airco headquarters timely.
  • Daily check deposits and verify accuracy.
  • Reviewing jobs and pulling city permits.
  • Monitoring dispatch board for calls and correcting errors or making changes as requested.
  • Follow up on service calls.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Advise on company information and stay current with company promotions.
  • Basic office functions such as emailing, faxing, filing, etc.
  • Itemizing & receiving of daily invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
