WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations in Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
WT Equipment is looking to hire an Office Administrator for their Berryville, Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail oriented, professional and have excellent customer service skills. This position is mainly responsible for the day-out process, preparing customer retail finance contracts, and answering the phones for the branch.
Job duties:
Answering main phone line for the branch and directing calls to the correct department
Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
General Office Duties include keeping office supplies stocked; sorting and filing documents; maintaining a clean work environment; various other duties as assigned.
Day Out Processes include create equipment billing invoices, examine daily reports, and making sure cash balances with cash register and deposits.
Preparing Retail Customer Finance Contracts to prepare loan documents and process loan payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
