Who You Are : :
Responding to a growing need for carbon reduction and electrification, Aircuity is adding a Project Manager to our Thrive Buildings team. The Project Manager will report to the VP Operations and assist with engineering, systems integration, and technical management of turnkey efficiency projects. We are looking for a team member to support both preconstruction and on-site management activities. In this dynamic position, the Project Manager will work with leading university, pharmaceutical clients, and engineers.
What You'll Do : :
- Project Planning and Management :
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects focused on energy efficiency and decarbonization in critical environments (labs, vivariums, clean rooms, etc).
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.
Utilize experience in engineering or systems integration to manage technical project delivery.

Annual compensation will be market competitive based on experience. Position will include bonus compensation based on achievement of profitability targets and schedule adherence by project.
Location and Travel :
The position is remote; however, team members will need to travel as needed, which will average 30- 50%. Projects are primarily located in the Northeast, with the highest concentration in Boston. Easy access to a major airport and / or Amtrak is a must. Travel will be fully reimbursed.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands :
Normal working environment. Will require ability to perform building walk through.
