Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve content accuracy, and streamline graphic design and writing workflows.
Oversee the development of clear, concise, and user-friendly instructional materials, ensuring they meet safety regulations, compliance standards, and customer needs.
Manage the end-to-end approval process for all artwork, technical content, and designs by coordinating with stakeholders, including legal, quality assurance, and production teams.
Partner with the product development team to ensure packaging and labeling are functional, durable, and aligned with product specifications.
Direct and allocate internal resources effectively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
Monitor trends in packaging, graphic design, and technical writing to implement innovative practices and maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee proofing and revision cycles with external agencies, printers, and internal quality control teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain documentation for all design and writing processes to ensure scalability and repeatability.
Develop and deliver training programs for team members on best practices for graphic development, technical writing, and AI tool usage.
Required Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in graphic design, technical writing, or project management roles, with a focus on packaging and instructional materials.
Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, graphic design, or workflow optimization.
Previous experience in agency or in-house design environments is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Technical Competencies :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation and user-friendly materials.
Expertise in graphic design principles, tools, and trends, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in packaging and instructional materials.
