What We Offer
Salary: $70,000-$140,000 annually (hourly base plus commission and bonuses). Our starting technicians can make over $105,000 in their first year!
25% Commission: Maximize your earnings with an industry-leading commission structure.

Specific Responsibilities:
We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to help service, maintain and/or sell new parts, services or equipment to commercial and residential customers. We provide a company vehicle, insurance and gas. The ideal candidate will:
- Perform maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
- Make recommendations and provide an estimate according to homeowners needs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
-Install Heat pump water heater
- Install mini split, heat pump, air handler, zoning, furnace and air conditioning unit
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Quality assurance calls for new installations and preparation for city inspections
- Install, repair, or replace HVAC system components such as compressors, motors, fans, coils, thermostats, and filters and more
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement HVAC system upgrades or modifications
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Communicate in an effective way and educate customers about their HVAC system
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- 3-year experience in HVAC
- EPA Certification
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met
- Professional appearance and personality
Salary : $70,000 - $140,000
