Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial recordkeeping
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and individual funds
- Manage regular financial functions
- Provide direct support for expense management functions
- Assist with the completion of required annual financial reporting
- Provide administrative support to organization
Job Requirements:
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Quick Books and Service Titan
