Job Description : As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, assisting customers with questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
