As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. We especially need employees who will qualify to drive for AIRES.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Engage in meaningful social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and daily activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass AIRES required trainings.
- Must have the ability to pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
- For positions requiring you to drive, must have a Valid Arizona driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
