This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the marketing team in execution of marketing projects, event planning, and communication.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinates and implements marketing communications projects.
- Creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and social media.
- Designs and updates sales and marketing collateral and presentations.
- Creates, organizes, and couriers client, shipper, transferee and employee resources.
- Collaborates with the internal teams to compile and distribute marketing materials that strengthen client relationships and build brand loyalty.
- Supports the maintenance of internal and external digital platforms.
- Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase the brand. Attends events as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of marketing related experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Canva preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with social media and email marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with Hubspot/CRM preferred
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Can-do attitude
