Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent service with a cheerful demeanor.
- Manage project timelines and task lists efficiently.
- Utilize technology effectively to address customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate course of action.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various tools and software.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
