Airport Metro Connection Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Alternate Project Manager to support our Patient Transportation Services under the NIH Shuttle Service contract. This role ensures the seamless operation of patient transport services, maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the NIH shuttle service.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, staff assignments, and vehicle logistics to ensure timely transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the Project Manager’s absence, addressing operational challenges and ensuring service continuity.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Liaise with NIH representatives, drivers, and stakeholders to maintain excellent service standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and personnel coordination.
