Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with customer vehicle pick up and delivery, recieving and greeting guest in the service lane, maintaining service lane cleanliness and readiness. . This position involves assisting with vehicle write up and providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the write up / reception area. Responsibilities
- Assist with Vehicle Write up and staging for service.
- Support pick up and delivery of guest and repair parts as needed
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly (pick up and delivery of guest and vehicles & parts)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Service Lane.
- Meet and greet guest coming for service and install protective coverings in drivers compartment.
- Adhere to driving safety guidelines and regulations to maintain safe operation of guest vehicles.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure smooth operations during service.
Experience
- Previous experience in Guest handling is preferred.but not required.
- Familiarity with Knoxville, Maryville and surronding area is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Good driving record and safe driving habits.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.22 - $18.26 per hour
