Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in fleet management and computer support. Your expertise in transportation management systems and effective communication skills will help ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding fleet management and customer communication.
• Utilize Field Edge systems to manage customer orders and logistics effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using GPS tracking and Field Edge systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Fiels Edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to logistics and services.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers to enhance their experience.
• Assist in the coordination of adherence to schedules.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the logistics or transportation sectors, is preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and transportation management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
