Full Job Description
An aerial equipment technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various types of aerial lifting equipment, such as boom lifts and scissor lifts, ensuring their safe and efficient operation by diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance checks, replacing parts as needed, and adhering to strict safety regulations; essentially, they keep aerial work platforms in peak working condition through thorough inspections and repairs.
