What’s the Job?
Receiving, unloading, organizing, cutting and bending the raw material to build fans.
Position Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment necessary to complete the job duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. CDL not required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, may lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally and/or sustain some force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Involves a mix of movements including sitting, standing, walking, and contorting as needed to work in awkward positions while performing job functions. Noise level is usually moderate to high. Work is conducted in indoor and outdoor environments. Temperatures can range from hot to cold.
Job Duties & Skills
To be successful in this job with AirPro, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Receive and unload product deliveries
- Organize the materials for jobs
- Cut and form materials as specified
- Utilize a forklift and/or crane according to standard operating procedure, safety regulations and practices
- Drive company vehicles to make deliveries between buildings and pickups from local vendors
- Use ERP to record jobs
- Perform routine maintenance on primary equipment
- Complete all required documentation
- Ensure work is complete to internal and external quality standards
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met
- Use of approved safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection when in the shop
- Perform all job duties in a manner safe to self and others
- Perform other duties as assigned
