Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Hyattsville, MD (just outside of Washington, DC.) The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, phone etiquette, communication, executive assistance, and clerical skills required in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistant skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office administration is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is ideal but not required.
