What You’ll Do:
Set up and fine-tune molding machines for smooth operation.
Keep an eye on production to ensure everything’s on point.
Troubleshoot and solve machine hiccups like a pro.
Assist with machine setups and changeovers.
Document production details and keep records in check.
Follow all safety and company guidelines (because safety first!).
What You Bring to the Table:
Expertise in plastic injection molding, tooling, and materials.
Solid mechanical know-how with a knack for problem-solving.
A team player who can also work solo.
Sharp attention to detail and great communication skills.
Basic computer skills for report documentation.
Able to pass a background check.
Your Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
5 years in plastic injection molding (preferred).
The Physical Part:
Stay active on your feet—bending, stooping, and working those tools.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
Strong vision for reading and inspecting.
Domestic travel readiness.
