What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Business Partner position at AIRSYS USA?
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the IT planning, requirements management, and project execution
related to Airsys sales and after-sales operations. Possess a deep understanding of
business objectives and pain points in sales and after-sales, leveraging IT
technologies, resources, and methodologies to drive continuous business process
optimization and support the achievement of business goals.
2. Oversee the planning and optimization of the CRM system. Being the project
manager to organize and coordinate cross-departmental requirements gathering,
liaise with sales and after-sales teams to capture needs, lead the design of IT
solutions, and focus on iterations and integrations of different modules on the
Salesforce platform (such as integration with ERP and PDM systems).
3. Coordinate and manage system vendors and the internal IT operations team,
organize user reviews and acceptance testing, and ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operation of CRM IT platforms, with
a particular focus on Salesforce. Respond promptly to technical issues raised by
business users, ensuring system stability.
5. Assist business teams in generating CRM analysis reports to support business
decision-making.
6. Facilitate IT Director on strategic IT planning and implementation, assist in IT
budgeting and execution, coordinate IT initiatives related to sales and after-sales
departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management,
Automation, or a related field.
2. Familiar with CRM business processes, such as order processing, returns and
exchanges, and customer complaint management.
3. At least 3 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or Business Analyst; To lead
or participate in at least one end-to-end Salesforce project, including selection,
implementation, delivery, and operations.
4. Strong capability to streamline comprehensive business and process analysis.
5. Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems and Experience with Power BI and proficiency in
SQL tools are preferred.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to work
independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in written and verbal English. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
8. Highly proactive, responsible with strong team spirit.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic work environment.
