YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC OFFICE ASSISTANT
This position will be the first point of contact for our company. You will warmly greet and communicate with customers and vendors who walk into the shop. You will be kind and quick to answer questions and find solutions to their heating and air conditioning concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping to maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
- Part-time, Monday through Friday 12:00 – 6:00 PM
- Manage incoming leads swiftly, calling/emailing clients about pricing and scheduling information
- Respond effectively and timely to phone messages, emails, Service Titan and text messages
- Prepare daily/weekly reports to Call Center Manager
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Sort mail & deliveries
- Provide backup phone support to the CSR and dispatch teams
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
- A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a primary part of the position
- Ability to communicate with people tactfully and with diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience using a cloud-based scheduling / CRM system, Service Titan experience a plus!
- Knowledge of HVAC terminology and operations is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Microsoft skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word)
