The Service Manager will oversee the service technician team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the service technician team
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and distributed for scheduled jobs
- Evaluate staff to determine training requirements.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to employees
- Monitor preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation

These are the skills we are looking for in you:
- 5 years experience in HVAC service and management
- Supervisory experience
- EPA Certified
- Knowledge of local codes and general industry standards
- Valid driver's license
- Good DMV record
- Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to read & write English
