Duties
- Manage and organize documents within document management systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Conduct quality checks on documents to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry and data management tasks related to documentation processes.
- Proofread documents for grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and adherence to Quality standards.
- Utilize SharePoint for document storage, sharing, and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in document management or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with quality management principles, particularly ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in document management systems and software tools, including SharePoint.
- Strong proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent data entry skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
