I. Job Focus

This position will be one of the most interesting ones you will ever have as it provides opportunities to develop multiple skills in all production areas. From a welding base, we will help train Manufacturing Associates to shear, press break, plasma burn table, assembly and shipping / receiving. If you enjoy travelling, you may also help us in the field of customer installation of the equipment we manufacture in North America. The sky is the limit at AirTrim!

II. Reports directly to Manufacturing Associate-Working Supervisor

III. Technical Skill Set:

• Welding/ Fabrication work experience required
• Hobart degree a real plus
• Proven Small manufacturing plant experience.
• High School Graduate

• Enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Works well under pressure meeting scheduled deadlines.

V. Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting welds and finished products for defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Utilize computer systems for tracking inventory and production processes.

VI. Physical Requirements

• Strength and stamina are sufficient to maintain rigorous work schedule
• Excellent ability to read, hear, write and speak English.
• Dexterity of hands to operate forklift, cranes and autos
• Computer literacy
• Ability to pass medical physical including a full drug screen.

Compensation Estimate $42,000 TO $50,000 Annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
